Literature Text
Who wants to walk with me down this long road?
Who wants to make this journey that's so very cold?
Where hearts are dark with no room for love
Blackened their soul, twisted the raven to look like a dove.
Inner demons flooding my dreams
making the most normal thing not as it seems
Wildly dark demons penetrating my mind
searching for secrets, never for me to find.
The deepest trust given to ones I care for
turn to deceit and lies, friends no more.
The cruelest ways and words left me in sorrow
ripped out my heart like there's no tomorrow.
Feeling foolish and feeling so hurt...
as my heart no more important than a piece of dirt,
As I said, "Who wants this walk down this road with me?
Feel this pain, despair and my sorrow see?"

Poisonous Fear
My poisonous shadow of fear
Glue-like hands and fingernails
Crawling up my swollen spine
Sinking into exposed brain
It chains itself inside
It binds me to its presence
Within a self-abusing mind
Within a body made of shiver
Nightmares broke my running legs
And made my eyes see light
A promise of unbroken world
That I can never have
A shattered personality
An intoxicated sanity
Addicted to my dread
I listen to its silent breathing
I am what it came for
I'm the monster that I fear

It Came From The Dark
It Came From The Dark:
Amongst the ashes, swirling from the darkness of the pit,
Emerged a hand, dragging a battered body across the rocks.
Blood leaked from the wounds so callously self-inflicted,
And teeth ground with a focused determination and seething anger.
It cared not for the warm rubies - staining the jagged rocks,
It cared not for the sensation of pain...
All that it remembered was a dream, An obsession -
One that drove it ever higher; ignoring all else!
Eventually it emerged from this shadowy hole, this dreary depth,
And in that moment, it learned of the truth.
For this creature, denied sunlight and warmth -
was me...

There are Things Beneath the Garden
There Are Things Beneath the Garden:
~
There are things beneath the garden,
Which you really shouldn't see.
There are things beneath the garden,
That don't belong to me.
There are things beneath the garden,
Gone rotten blue and black.
There are things beneath the garden,
In a dripping gunny sack...
~
There are flowers in the garden,
Which you really shouldn't pull.
There are flowers in the garden,
That sit on top of wool.
There are flowers in the garden,
With a really rotten scent.
There are flowers in the garden,
Above bodies burnt and bent...
~
I love this little garden,
It's a special place to me.
I love this little g
